Information you send us

When you ask about availability, we receive what you enter in the form: your name, email, phone number if you add one, your event details (type, date, times, venue, area and guest count), what you’re interested in, how you heard about us and your message. The song request form collects your name, email, event details and the music you list.

We use this only to reply to you, prepare a quote and plan your event. Forms are delivered to our inbox by our form service, Web3Forms. If you call, text or email us, we receive whatever you send.

What we don’t do

We don’t sell the information you send us through forms, calls, texts or email, and we don’t add you to a mailing list. We share it only with the services that help us run this website and reply to you.

Cookies and tracking

This site doesn’t use analytics or advertising cookies, and doesn’t load any tracking tools.

Your choices

You can ask us what information you’ve sent us, or ask us to correct or delete it, using the contact details below.

On your device

The site remembers a few settings in your browser, such as whether you paused the animations. These stay on your device.

Hosting

This site is hosted by Amazon Web Services, which may keep standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) for security and reliability.

Children

This site isn’t directed to children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child under 13 has sent us information, contact us and we’ll delete it.

Changes

If we change how we handle information, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
